 Abstract

Nail biting, thumb sucking, tantrums, complaining, whining, criticising others, procrastination, negative thinking, gambling, overeating, self-mutilation, excessive drinking… Most people have some bad habits that they would need to overcome but don’t know how. Solution-focused psychology offers some interesting alternatives to helping your clients – or yourself – to overcome bad habits. In this workshop you will learn how to apply solution-focused psychology to replace bad habits with better habits.
