General Terms and Conditions for Registration
Participants are advised to read and understand these terms carefully before registering. The organizers will not accept any conditions contradictory to or deviant from these general terms and conditions.
Organizers
Responsible for the organization of the Solution IV Conference 2023 are:

Registration
Registrations will be handled in their order of arrival.
Registration for the World Conference will be online on the website: https://www.solution-focused-world-conference.nl. Participants will receive an automatic confirmation of the registration details. After online registration, the participant will receive an invoice through e-mail. Payment will be made within 10 business days of receiving this invoice.
Privacy Policy
All personal data provided to the organizers for registration will be treated as confidential.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations must be received by email as soon as possible and before March 19th 2024, at info@solutions-centre.org Refunds will be provided minus a handling and transaction charge of € 50,-.
No refund for any reason (including medical emergencies) will be given for cancellation requests received after February 19th 2024.
Substitutions are only accepted with a written acceptance from the organizers before March 19th 2024.
No-shows are liable for the entire conference fee.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event or substitute speakers. In the unlikely event that the organizers should have to cancel the Solution-Focused World Conference 2024, attendees will be refunded for the amount paid for the conference. Still, the organizers are not responsible for any attendees’ other related expenses, including hotel and travel. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after the scheduled conclusion of the conference.
All cancellations and changes must be submitted by e-mail – with an indication of full name, invoice number and bank details for reimbursement – to: info@solutions-centre.org
Liability
The organizers do not accept liability for the up-to-dateness, correctness and completeness concerning conference documentation and content.
The organizer will not assume any responsibility for any damage or injury to persons or property during the Solution-Focused World Conference 2024.
Photographs, video-streaming, etc.
The organizers may, free of charge and without the further consent of the participants, use and release pictures and shots taken of the participants and/or their works (such as posters, excerpts of presentations or lectures) during the Solution-Focused World Conference 2024 for reports of the conference and announcement of events in future.
Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Disputes
All agreements between the organizer and the participant and any disputes arising between the organizer and the participants shall be exclusively subject to Dutch law.
